TICKET PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS SEASON / MATCH TICKET

If you are already registered in the Ticketing System, you can log in by entering your email and password.

If you do not have an account, you must first proceed with Registration by completing the relevant application with your full personal details.

After clicking "Register" you will automatically be logged into the system.

Season Ticket Renewal:

1. After logging in, select "Season Tickets".
2. Select the option "Renewal".
3. Fill in the form with the following details:
• Barcode (number from last year)
• CSO Number (for child tickets enter 0)
4. Clicking "Submit" will display the holder’s details.
5. Clicking "Submit" again will add the ticket to your cart.
6. From the cart you can modify or remove tickets.
7. Clicking "Payment" allows you to choose the payment method, the type of season ticket you want (E-ticket only or also with plastic card), and the delivery method (Pickup from store or Courier delivery). After accepting the "Terms of Use", you will be redirected to the payment provider.
8. You will receive confirmation via email with information regarding collection.

New Season Ticket Purchase:

1. Select "Season Tickets" and then "Buy New".
2. A stadium map will appear where you can select the desired section.
3. Set the ticket category for each seat and add to the cart.
4. Clicking "Continue" will take you to the cart.
5. In the cart, enter the details of each holder. Each ticket must correspond to a unique ID number.
6. From the cart you can modify or remove tickets.
7. Clicking "Checkout" allows you to choose the payment method, the type of season ticket you want (E-ticket only or also with plastic card), and the delivery method (Pickup from store or Courier delivery). After accepting the "Terms of Use", you will be redirected to the payment provider.
8. You will receive confirmation via email with information regarding collection.

Match Ticket Purchase:

1. After logging into the Ticketing System, select "Match Tickets".
2. Select from the list the match you are interested in.
3. A stadium map will appear and you can select the desired section and seat.
4. Set the ticket category (regular, child, etc.) and add to the cart.
5. Clicking "Continue" will take you to the cart.
6. In the cart, enter the details of each holder. Each ticket must correspond to a unique ID number.
7. In the cart you can modify or remove tickets.
8. Clicking "Checkout" allows you to choose the payment method. After accepting the "Terms of Use", you will be redirected to the payment provider.

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the ticket and invoice number.
